My youth has changed my life in many ways. It has kept me focused on God even during the times that it would have been so easy for me to stray. Also it helped me become friends with people I would have never talked to before. But mostly it has helped me make right decisions because I knew I always had someone to talk to. It is hard to start talking to someone about the things you wouldn't usually talk about, so youth leaders take control it will help you ease into sharing your feelings. Usually I would think that no one could understand or no one had it worse than I do, but youth group opens you up to people with the same problems and helps you realize you are not alone.
